An official delegation of the leadership of the Bulgarian Construction and Trade Consortium, Alliance Bulgaria France Alsace 2012 and the European Movement for Democracy visited the city of Ruse with the Ambassador of Belarus H.E. Vladimir Voronkovich. Meetings were organized with the regional governor Assoc. Dr. Stefko Burdzhiev, with Mr. Plamen Stoilov – mayor of Ruse municipality, with Art. cor. Prof. Hristo Beloev – Chairman of the Ruse Municipal Council, with Prof. Velizara Pencheva – Rector of the Ruse University “Angel Kanchev” and Prof. Dr. Eng. Plamen Kangalov – Deputy. rector. The visit was at the invitation of Mr. Stanko Stankov, owner of the company “Bulmarket” – the new member of our consortium /BCTC/. The organization was magnificent and the hospitality exceptional.
